What are Kidney stones?
These are the deposits of minerals and acid salts found in the urine.
Usually, they don't cause permanent damage to the body but are painful when passing.
Kidney stone leads to intolerable pain and burning sensation while passing.
It may also lead to the threat of Kidney Failure.
1. Lemon juice :
You may put in freshly scraped lemons to water as often as you want.
It contains citrate which prevents calcium stone formation.
It can also break down kidney stones, allowing them to pass easily.
2. Pomegranates :
It washes stones and toxins from your system.
It prevents kidney stone development.
It also lowers the urine's acidity level. And a lower acidity level reduces the risk of future kidney stones.
3. Onions:
It has several medicinal properties.
You may have its juice. The onion peels are boiled in water and then cooled. After cooling, grind it well and drink it.
It will be good if you drink it regularly.
4. Grapes:
It has potassium, salt, and water too.
It is an excellent fruit for kidney stones.
It helps in relieving pain from kidney stones.
5. Water:
It helps in advancing the process of passing a stone.
Avoid dehydration as it is the most common factor. Drink at least 7 to 10 glasses of water per day and keep yourself hydrated.
This reduces the risk of kidney stones formation.
6. Basil Leaves (Tulsi) :
It is naturally good for the general health of the kidneys.
Mix the juice from basil leaves with honey and drink it every day in the morning.
Even, eating 3 to 4 basil leaves may also help in passing kidney stones easily.
7. Watermelon :
It contains magnesium, phosphate, calcium. It also contains potassium in larger quantities. Potassium helps to maintain urine ph.
It also has water in a sufficient amount which plays an important role for a healthy kidney.
8. Kidney beans :
It consists of fibers in high quantity which reduces the problem of the kidney and the bladder.
Add the beans in hot water and boil it up to beans to become softer. Later, strain the water and keep till it cools down.
Filter it and drink it.
Drinking the fluid numerous times per day decreases the discomfort of kidney stones.
You may also have bean soup or salad as well.
9. Turmeric :
Add turmeric powder in water. Stir well. Drink it at least once in a week
10. Cinnamon :
It increases kidney output. It also helps to regulate the sugar levels. And thus prevents further renal damage.
11. Ginger Tea :
Helps to dissolve kidney stones.
It also cleanses liver and also kills the cancer cells.
12. Apple Cider Vinegar :
It consists of an acetic acid which helps to dissolve kidney stones. It can help to ease the pain.
Mix organic apple cider vinegar and honey in warm water.
Drink this a few times a day.
You may also HAVE:
1. Green tea
2. Coffee
3. Papaya
4. Broccoli
5. Yogurt
6. Strawberries
7. Cherries
8. Garlic
AVOID:
1. Salty and sugary foods.
2. Spinach.
3. Beet.
4. Black tea.
7. Meat.
8. No junk food.
9. No high protein product.
Kidney stones are recognized to be one of the largely unbearable medical ailments.
So, the remedies detailed above are not aimed to totally replace medical attention.

DeleteHmm. As a nurse, once kidney stones have developed there isn't really anything that's going to dissolve the stones. You have to pass them or have medical assistance to break them up. As far as drinking or eating things to avoid them there may be something here although I'ld like to see research to support this.

DeleteI took multiple references for this which claims, the things in which in mentioned about dissolving; dissolves some part of the stone which makes
the stone easier to pass. And at the end, i have mentioned that it is meant to ease the pain. And one should consult the physician before doing anything.
