5. May cause Cardiovascular Problems :
People undergoing cardiovascular diseases should avoid having additional tea, as the caffeine present in it is not right for the functioning of the CVS and hence, may lead to a serious health issue.

Interesting post. I think one of the ways to counteract some of the negatives of tea is to drink decaffeinated or herbal teas. Are any teas contraindicated when on certain medications?
