Tea has been used for centuries. It has rebuilding properties in Traditional medicine. 
The fundamental method of tea is to recognize the extremists which are the major reason for chronic disorders.
Tea is highly sourced with antioxidants.
However normal tea consumption is a beneficial choice for maximum people; So it is a drink of choice for most of the people.

Here are the possible impacts of consuming Tea, which you are unaware of.

Health benefits of tea :


1. Black tea :

It helps to rebuild coronary artery dysfunction in heart patients.
It plays a vital role in asthmatic patients as it helps in expanding the air passage; thus patient breathes more easily. Hence it also prevents several heart problems.

2. Ice tea :

A) Lower the Sugar and Calorie levels : 

It is pleasing and healthy too. One of the nicest advantages of this tea is to lower the percentage of calories and sugar. It doesn’t include vastly of the calories which are tremendous for the one who is on a diet. 

B) Reduces Body Pain : 

Usually, after finishing a heavy workout session, body pain is a common cause. Iced tea can get relief from the difficulty if you are one among such. 
As a result, you will feel peace after having one cup of iced tea.
It is a good anti-inflammatory remedy as well. 

C) Treats Asthmatic patients : 

The iced tea is not a lasting treatment for asthma patients. Nevertheless, it can give relief for some time. Tea improves the paths of air in the body. Thus, it is a satisfactory short medication for asthma patients.


3. Lemon tea :

It is an excellent antioxidant that synthesis a protein called collagen, which helps to make the blood vessels and body muscles strong.

It has several effects on the body as mentioned -

A) Cholesterol -

Green tea decreases extra cholesterol in the blood and enhances good cholesterol over the bad cholesterol.

B) Avoid High Blood Pressure -

Ordinary intake of green tea helps to reduce the chance of Hypertension.

C) Diabetes -

Green tea evidently assists to regulate glucose blood sugar levels after eating. 

D) Loss of weight -

Green tea raises metabolism. The green tea consists of polyphenol which amplifies the ratio at which the body converts food into calories.

E) Heart Disease -

It might prevent the formation of clots, which are the fundamental reason for heart attacks.

F) Neurological disorders -

Surveys performed indicated that green tea safeguards the brain cells from dying and restores the destroyed brain cells.

4. White tea :

It helps to protect your teeth.
White tea has a rich source of fluoride and tannins. This helps to protect teeth from bacteria. 
Fluoride helps in preventing dental cavities.
It also includes catching; these are antioxidants that are plentiful in white tea. They stop the development of plaque bacteria.

Exceeding 3-4 cups per day could have some unfavorable effects on health. 

Adverse Effects of tea on health :

1. Iron absorption :

Tea is a class of compounds named 'Tannins'. It may attach to iron in particular foods, which makes it inaccessible for absorption in the digestive tract. 
Iron deficiency is one of the extensively popular nutrient deficiencies worldwide, and excessive tea intake may worsen your condition if you have an iron deficiency. 


2. Poor sleep :

Tea may unnecessarily disrupt your sleep cycle.
The hormone- Melatonin gives signals to your brain that it’s time for rest. The study proposes that caffeine may restrict melatonin creation, which results in poor sleep. And Insufficient nap leads to several problems as well.
If you’re suffering poor sleep and have tea regularly, you may have to reduce your intake.


3. Burning of heart :

Heartburn may happen due to the caffeine present in the tea.
Caffeine may furthermore even participate in a rise in entire stomach acid production. 


4. Makes a person Addicted :

If you finally understand that you are drinking a larger number of cups of tea per day, it is more likely that you’ve cultivated dependency on the drink. In such conditions, if you suddenly stop drinking tea or decrease its intake, you might suffer from several symptoms such as low energy, fatigue, dizziness, etc.


5. May cause Cardiovascular Problems :

People undergoing cardiovascular diseases should avoid having additional tea, as the caffeine present in it is not right for the functioning of the CVS and hence, may lead to a serious health issue. 
Those with CVS people should be aware of it and thus avoid additional effects.

  1. Interesting post. I think one of the ways to counteract some of the negatives of tea is to drink decaffeinated or herbal teas. Are any teas contraindicated when on certain medications?

    1. Thank you for your review. Generally, 1-2 cups of tea per day are harmless but If you're a tea addict who drinks more than 4-5 cups of tea a day then you should consult the physician about drug interactions if you are on medications.
