Powerful heart Equivalent to Healthy life!

     The number of patients having heart diseases is rising day by day. Nowadays even youngsters between 18-30 age are also getting cardiac arrests.
     So, today I'll be focusing on how you can protect the health of the heart and live a healthy lifestyle. Firstly we should be well aware of blood pressure as it plays a vital role here. So, 
 "What is blood pressure?"
 It is the pressure of blood against our blood vessels. The blood pressure 120/80 mmHg is considered normal blood pressure. Lower than 90/60 mmHg is known as hypotension(low blood pressure) whereas 140/90 mmHg is known as hypertension(high blood pressure). The health of the heart also depends on your lifestyle. No physical movements are more dangerous to your body than smoking and other addiction does. If you don't do any physical activity, that may be an invitation to heart disease and other diseases as well. If you change little in your daily routine that is giving some time for physical fitness etc, you will live a healthy life. You will be able to know the positive effects of it on your body. So, let's focus on "What changes we have to do in ourselves" and "How to Maintain the Health of the Heart" so here are some tips I have listed out.
This is as follows :

1. Regular Exercise - 

Daily exercise has plenty of benefits. You can practice Yoga and Meditation too. Your body will not only be in shape but also make you feel fresh, fit, and healthy for a longer time.
              


2. Eat healthily -

Healthy eating habits are one of the factors that influence the health of the heart. Because Cardiovascular muscles get energy from healthy food. To know what to eat in a diet may be a sign of been clever but if you don't know then you should follow these steps for the best benefits from food:
A) Eat the right quantity of food:- Eating too much or eating too little may be harmful to the health of the heart so you should be prone to eat the right quantity of food.
B) Quality food:- Eat fresh veggies, fresh fruits, and dry fruits which provide nutritional aspects to your heart in order to maintain the health of the heart. Because balanced diet is very necessary to maintain the health of the heart.            


3. Special care if you are a diabetic patient-

If you're a diabetic patient then it becomes mandatory for you to take care of the health of the heart. So regular checkups in diabetic patient and it's maintenance is essential.

4. Checking cholesterol levels-

High cholesterol levels in the body is a direct invitation for heart diseases and even diabetes. So periodical checkups and maintaining cholesterol levels are important for the health of the heart. 


5. Say no to Smoking -

You might be a person who would think that smoking gives me relief and I feel good after smoking, but my friend the reality is totally different; Smoking and Tobacco are the chief reasons for getting Coronary Heart Diseases as Smoking decreases blood oxygen levels thus it is dangerous to the health of the heart. So quit smoking today itself if you wish not to get any heart disease. To avoid smoke, u can start having a Nicotine patch or a chewing gum, it can help u.
     


6. Drinking Alcohol -

If you are a habitual alcohol drinker then you're in a danger zone. Consuming alcohol may impact very adversely to the health of the heart. Drinking water is more beneficial instead of alcohol. You should drink at least 5 liters of water a day.

7. It is being said that "The more you're happy the more good is the health of the heart". Laughter, music, reading books, meditation plays an important role in the health of the heart. Lastly, sleep well too! Because the person sleeping for less than 8 hours, have more chances to suffer from heart diseases.

      A peaceful life or a life without stress and with fun and positive thinking can help you a lot to reduce the risk of being getting affected with heart diseases. Comparing yourself with other people can give you anxiety. Also if you are playing with nature's cycle ( for example you're sleeping late in the night and waking up late in the morning) can also increase the stress and increase the risk of heart diseases. As it is well known said- Early to bed, early to rise keeps your body healthy and wise. 
       The vibes which you spread, eventually you also get surrounded by it. So always be positive and spread positivity.
        Henceforth follow everything that is mentioned above and live a fit and healthy life. Also, keep the health of the heart in good condition.

Consult your family doctor and keep checking your blood pressure regularly as it plays a vital role.
